Great breakfast, very friendly staff, great room. The best part was how close we were to the amazing Philippi archaeological site. We were on motorcycles so the staff had us park under shelter and behind the locked gate. Excellent value for money.

The hosts, Mr. Kariofilli, Katerina, and Aristotle are amazing individuals, and they alone are enough reasons to give it 10/10. The accommodation was unexpectedly better than the photos, and we were quite surprised. It has two bathrooms, and one is outside for the wash off conveniently after visiting the beach. It is located in a quiet, safe area near the archeological site of Phillipi. Markets and cafes are very close and in walking distance. On Friday, there was a bazaar (like a Sunday market), and it was a pleasant surprise for us, too. It is between Kavala and Drama, and the beautiful beach of Ammolofoi and Alistrari Cave are nearby(driving within an hour).

Our stay at this apartment was truly exceptional! As a family of four on a road trip, we found the two-bedroom unit to perfectly meet our needs. It boasted cleanliness, comfort, and an impressive interior design that made our stay delightful. The convenience of a garage, complete with a remote control key, was a thoughtful touch for travelers like us with a vehicle. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the lovely yard, which provided a safe and fun space for them to play. Furthermore, the hospitality and kindness of our hosts were unparalleled. They were always accessible, making communication a breeze, and went above and beyond to assist us with any requirements.

It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot in the house. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. From the bottle of wine left for us to enjoy to the abundance of towels and toiletries available, we felt like every detail had been carefully considered. It's these small gestures that go above and beyond that truly set this property from others. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every room had its own unique charm.We also got surprised from the spacious outdoor with the barbeque and the treehouse ,a beautiful playground really perfect for kids . Private parking in the yard area ,suitable for 3 cars was a plus too.Fast WiFi and Netflix available for the guests .Fully equipped kitchen that allows cooking like home . A positive aspect was the location near interesting places in Kavala.Overall we had the perfect stay.
