Great welcoming hosts, beautiful apartment and stunning location. Such an amazing part of Croatia. Host's recommended the Bacina Lakes boat tour, which was absolutely fantastic. A beautiful swimming area right in front of the apartment, water was so clear. A lovely quiet area and all the locals were super friendly. It was so lush!!! We will definitely be back, thank you so much :)

The lady was really nice, we got everything we needed with a small gift from the lady. The accommodation was excellently equipped even for a long-term stay. Accommodation clean, with air conditioning, kitchen equipped like at home. Washing machine in the bathroom. Outside, a nice terrace in the shade. I definitely recommend.

VeDe Apartment Value of life& Simplicity & Country home and hospitality 1. People are very, very nice and helpful both in the city and village from the moment of my arrival to Ploce till the end of my stay. (After asking how to get to Bacina at the Gas station the local drive me to the house. I met pleasant people in the church, library, shops, cafe). 2. The landscape reminds me Switzerland where I lived for about 8 years. 3. HEALTHY: The climate reminds me Crimea with 24/7 fresh pine tree fresh air which is very relaxing and healthy. 4. NATURE: You will swim with a plenty of fishes surrounding you and see crabs on the stones and rocks. It is 30 sec. walk to the see from the house. 5. You may EASLY FISHING and catch fish for a dinner. 6. The apartment has a natural lavender flavour which nice and makes your sleep deep and sweet. I LOVE lavender so I enjoyed it very much. 7. It is a country house with plenty hand made things. 8. ECO: You will walk on ceramics floor or parket (wooden floor). Enjoy view from the window of the room or on the Terrace. 9. ART& HOBBY: You will see the paintings of the host on the walls and visit special room - the gallery. 10. TRADITIONAL: You may ask the lady host to cook something local on your arrival or during a stay (for an additional payment) 11. The sea and lakes are in ONE place 12. Silence and peace for 24/7 13. Sailing is also possible for 4 times cheaper than in big cities in Croatia. Or make a trip to island by Jadrolinija for 4,11 Eur round trip. 14. Visit different beaches and use Wi-Fi for free in the city Ploce. 15. However there are some empty buildings from Yugoslavian times. Personally for me they are objects of the history. 16. The apartments are run by a family; they all are so nice and friendly people, you will feel yourself indeed like home. :) The apartment is very well dotated with everything you need (e.g. amenities in the kitchen), there is parking place, AC and free wi-fi as well; the apartment has a nice balcony with a mountain view, that is perfect for breakfast or dinner. (But be aware of mosquitos. ;) There are two beaches nearby, one at the lake (approx. 500 m) and one by the sea (approx. 900 m), so both of them are reachable even on foot. In both (left and right) directions there are nice beaches (approx. 15 min. by car); in direction to Dubrovnik there is the Neretva delta beach (this is sandy) with surprinsigly warm and shallow water while in direction to Makarska there is Gradac with a corso with palm trees and restaurants and with small pebbles.
