The apartment was great- clean, comfortable and spacious. It is well equipped to cook in the kitchen, has a comfy bed and things like an airer to help with drying clothes. It's 10 min walk to the old town so really central and great to get around from, with plenty of supermarkets nearby too. Katarina and her son were so sweet and accomodating, they let me leave my bag before and after check out which was a big help. Recommendations: the beaches around punta bajlo and plaza podbrig were lovely and a lot quieter than the nearer central ones. I would recommend a day trip to plitvice lakes too which are stunning! If I came back to Zadar I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. It is a homey place that I would be pleased to own. It felt like it was a home rather than just a rental apartment.

The location was perfect. The apartment had all we needed and all that was promised, Very good description on the net pages, so no unexpected surprises. Sometimes hosts take pictures that "lie" about the surroundings, view or the flat BUT NOT IN THIS CASE!

The apartment is great because of: 1. LOCATION: 7-10 minutes walk to city centre, airport shuttle bus and ferry to Uglian Island, supermarket just round the corner, bus stop nr 8 that will take you to Borik or Uskok beach is across from the apartment, within 3 minutes walk you have post office, pharmacy, bars, bakery, bank, ATM. What surprised me was that it was also very quiet! Also - it is really really big! 2. AMENITIES : fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, cups, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, basic spices and so on. AC in living room works great, there are also blinds on the windows. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine, and TV. WiFi works very well in the whole apartment. 3. VIEW: the apartment is on 10th floor (2 elevators in the building) and has a huge balcony with two balcony doors, and the views of the sea and city are amazing! Especially the sunset!!! 4. OWNER: the owner is fantastic, very nice and caring, the check in and check out process is very easy. All in all - I really really recommend the apartment. Yes, it may be expensive, comparing with other apartments far away from the centre but it is really worth the price - especially if you dont come by car - because you save money on commute, you can walk and enjoy the beautiful city because everything is so near.

Sparkling clean, modern, spacious, easily accessed with a code ( a must, since we arrived late). The hosts really thought of everything you could need. Espresso machine with my favorite Lavazza coffee sachets, also a welcome gift od homemade pasta sauce and barilla noodles. Washer and dryer on site, drawer full of charging cords. Parking garage minutes away. And did I mention the location? Walking distance to everything! Park in the garage and Don't need to bother with the car till you leave the city. Would definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed!
