We don't like crowded, loud and small hotel rooms. This apartment is big and comfortable, even with 3 kids. The neighbourhood is quiet, but you don't have to drive a lot. You can reach the Eastern or Western coast in 20 minutes, even the famous Kamenjak island is in a 25 minute-ride. The owner of the apartment is kind and helpful.

Our stay at House Boris was wonderful! Boris and his familly living in the house next door are very hospitable. They gave us a warm welcome and many useful tips about the region. The house is very charming and was extremely clean. Also the location is perfect, from Loborika you can explore all corners of Istria in ~45min maximum. Altough sea can be reached in ~10min by car (e.g. in Pula or Medulin).

Anna was a perfect host, from the minute we arrived she offered to take us to the shop and nothing was ever to much trouble. The apartment and pool was clean and exactly as expected. We would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing peaceful break.

Great location, completely peaceful with surrounding greenery so you can have a nice and quiet stay while only a few minutes drive from Pula, airport and highway entrance to "Istra Y" if needed to travel to other parts of Istria. Newly furnished apartment, very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Hosts are absolutely marvelous, very kind, willing to help, and be at your service if needed. For people with kids, there is a possibility for kids to play in the well-maintened grass garden with a trampoline and other stuff that will keep them entertained.
