Everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Bobby, his wife and the staff were super friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was just amazing, very tasty and beautiful served each time😍 Room was very stylish , bed comfortable, bathroom and shower very good. Great pool area to relax with nice view. The area is quiet and there are no restaurants near by but there is one market on the corner for basic stuff( 2 min walking)and one warung close by open from 9:00 to 18:00 with delicious and cheap food for dinner.( About 5 min walk) . Borobudur temple is just 10 min with the taxi ( you can get there allready for 20-30 k ). About 1.5 h drive to the airport . Thank you for the lovely stay!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. If you want something or you have a question, they are going to do their best to help you out. I was sick when I stayed there, and they brought me tea that helps against throat sore . The location is a good place to stay when you want some quiet. You can borrow the owners bicycles to discover the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Vegetarian breakfast was prepared and served hot at my room, exceeding my expectations in taste and choice of ingredients. The landscape, garden, traditional wooden buildings, and the stunning view of sunrise and sunset, all set against the backdrop of misty mountains, left me in awe. The wooden furniture and the papaya plantation in the backyard added to the charm. The friendly staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing a stand fan, hair dryer, and iron promptly upon request. They also went above and beyond in assisting with my travel plans to visit nearby temples (candi). The convenience of walking to grocery shops and the Borobudur temple was a plus. Additionally, the reliable WIFI made arranging routes and grabbing a car on hot afternoons a breeze. What I truly loved was the opportunity to pick flowers from the garden and arrange them on my breakfast table on the patio. My stay at Balkondes Majasingi Jasamarga was truly a delightful experience, allowing me to enjoy nature, explore ancient temples, and bask in the kind hospitality of their ever-smiling and caring staffs.

We had a wonderful time. The place was lovely and relaxing. The family was super sweet and while they didn't speak much English they made every effort to communicate with us. On arrival we were given drinks and home made snacks including a range of fruit from the garden. Dinner was cooked for us before settling in for the evening. Before sunrise they gave us a bike ride to the lookout point and had breakfast ready with a delicious homemade tea to send us off. We would happily stay again if we were in the area.

In 10 days of traveling around Java I had not stayed in a place that was so nice to be inside. The room was terrifically clean, the size ample, the air conditioner worked well, there was hot water, and a nice porch out front. My only suggestion would be to place a wall mounted electric fan on the front porch so that guests can be outside more comfortably
