"Location, Ambience, Hospitality, Connectivity, Maintenance, Greenery all around were the highlights of the stay" This a a very huge property and is well maintained. Really nice Spacious rooms, lookout points, nice pool area and a walkable distance to beach. Children games were the bonus when I arrived at the Villa. Very very nice comfy beds and quick and excellent housekeeping staff. Host Javeed was available 24*7 with his Hospitality, who further helped us in the barbecue night. Also I would like to mention one special housekeeping staff named Veldrima who was outstanding.

Perfect location, equal distance to the beach and the shops. Felt private and very safe. It felt like my own little home. It’s very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a big fridge, but no kitchen area or even tea making faculties, so I never used really used it. The whole experience was wonderful.

The stay was excellent,it was like a well furnished 1 Bhk( well equipped kitchen, watching machine,fridge ,iron box) extremely comfortable The owner was in touch with me throughout the stay and made it really comfortable and made sure everything was in place. location wise it's a great place to stay in both for short and long term stay,all the major famous restaurants and cafes are very nearby ( a very amazing German bakery is just downstairs and another cafe too). Beaches are also nearby u can either walk to it or rent a bike. I would definitely recommend this place to either solo travelers or to group or friends or family. Location is excellent and is within the grounds of the Royal Palms Resort itself. It must be noted that the ARY section, which is a completely different entity to Royal Palms, comprises certain of the rooms/buildings within the Royal Palms precinct. There is easy access to taxis, tuk-tuks and buses to Margao & Colva, and a 50-100 Rp ride to the beach which is actually a 10-15 mins walk away. The accommodation itself as a one-bedroom apartment was as expected - bedroom, bathroom, lounge area and minimally equipped (though usable) kitchenette, with kettle, toaster, fridge and bits & pieces of crockery and cutlery. At the price you can't fault it though. Step across the road to any of the little cafe/restaurants for nice food, tea & coffee and drinks, alcoholic & others

Communication with seller was poor as they only use WiFi so if your coming from GB you must use GB data till you can connect to wifi. We did think we were getting ground floor not 3rd floor.the air con sounded like a jet engine.garden view no it overlooked a water buffalo meadow.a swamp like paddock.great if your a bird watcher.the swimming pool was Nice but 150 yards away if you take the steps.if you like a day by the pool you will have to buy your own lounger and brolley take it down to the pool and take it back every time .you are not allowed in pool with out a swimming cap even if your bold.the bed was like a rock after 2days sleeping on the sofa.we spent 100 pounds on a thick mattress topper so we could sleep in comfort.then the lift broke down as I am disabled not good they did fix it .that was last the straw we moved into a hotel down the road for the last 25 days.on a plus note the WiFi was good once we had the password.they did have some good TV channels in english.it is in micon paradise resort .which is very residential. .
