Fabrizio is a wonderful host, he is very kind and tries to be helpful in every aspect. The guesthouse is very clean, modernly furnished and located right about the bridge over the river, overlooking the panorama of the old town of Ascoli Piceno. After crossing the bridge, we are in the center of the old town in 5 minutes. My room was large and well lit (panoramic window with a side view of the old town). Guests have at their disposal a living room with a kitchenette, a coffee machine, juices and small snacks. I will definitely come back here if I am in the region. I recommend this guesthouse to everyone, the price is also reasonable. Fabrizio, thank you for everything and see you soon!
