Super cute and a short drive/vigorous walk to the town of Montefalco. Olive groves surround the property and there can sometimes be seen horses grazing there. Apparently at some times of the year you can actually help with the farm work. It was a great base for our explorations of the hill towns of Umbria. We booked the apartment with the kitchen, it had a great view and there is a fantastic butcher just up the road for all your food needs. The owner's father is extremely nice.

Lovely location, we were planning on hiring our a car but unfortunately we were robbed in Paris. So without a credit card and physical drivers license we weren’t able to have our hire car. The owner Georgie helped us out, picking us up & dropping us off to the station and more:) Great central location for all towns In Umbria- highlight Assisi & Duomo of Spoleto😌

Very close to Montefalco, small village with a lot of restaurants. Neighbourhood is beautiful: hills with vineyards close by and mountain tops behing them. Ideally for wine tourism: we visited some wineries for the lovely sagrantino wines.

Great views, especially from the breakfast shop across the fields to Assisi. Several different areas you could enjoy a drink and take in the views. Nice pool. Breakfast was awesome, more than we could eat with home cured meats, breads and especially the freshly made croissants. Carolina and Andre went out of their way to make us comfortable, answer all our many questions and provide recommendations for places to eat, visit and wineries. Nothing was too much trouble, even giving us some ice for our drinks and breakfast on the last day to keep in our fridge as we left early.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Eden! You can tell the host really cares about her guests’ experience by paying attention to every last little detail. She was waiting for us upon arrival, and welcomed our two small dogs with a dog bed and water/food bowl - so sweet! The structure was closer to Montefalco than we had expected, and the view from the garden is beautiful! We will DEFINITELY come back!
