This is a wonderful B&B with an extremely friendly, helpful, and gracious host! My room was large, clean, and it included a sizable wardrobe to hang clothing. I was traveling for work and the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast and coffee were also delicious!

Luigi was the nicest host - he went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. My husband was in the hospital nearby and he helped to make a difficult time manageable. The apartment was clean, nice, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience.

The hosts, Nadia and Dina, were simply amazing as they have considered everything with extremely detailed preparation to make the apartment our travel home. The apartment looks exactly the same in photos, while the hosts prepared everything we need from kitchen to bedrooms, from balcony to bathrooms, literally everything. The hosts were super kind, friendly, and helpful. They provided travel tips including the eateries in the neighborhood, transit to central Florence (trains are like every 10-12mins so it’s very convenient to get us to the tourists spots), and helped us to book taxis as we departed. This is a lifetime experience with the whole-hearted hosts and the apartment that they made soulful, sweet, and homey.

Lorenzo had been an amazing host and his hospitality is outstanding. Always there whenever needed. Advice to what to visit for a local experience. As for the apartment, it over exceed our expectations as we were staying for 10 days. Amazing location, couple of steps from the door building to the bus stop, supermarkets and other necessities close by. 15 mins to central Florence by bus.

This was one of the most comfortable accommodations. We were a family of four traveling through Italy by car. The place is super convenient if you travel by car. Plenty of parking right in front of the apartment and it is free. The host is SUPER nice and very helpful. She gave us directions to the tram station. You take T1 tram about 12 minutes walk from the apartment which takes you right to the city center. We only used our car the first day to go to Lidl to buy groceries. The rest we walked and took the tram. The area is super quiet and most importantly safe!! The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable. There is everything you need. Bathroom is big with two sinks. Plenty of hot water (hey, that's important in Europe 😜). There is a big bed in main bedroom and large pull out couch in the living room where our kids slept. The kitchen is fully stocked with espresso machine and coffee! I highly recommend this place!

Well located near the tram that goes downtown. The owner is very nice and was very helpful and we are thankful for all his advises. We just stayed for the night with our kids and there was everything we needed.
