The owner was extremely kind and accommodating, as were all the staff. We were surrounded with extraordinary attention. The room was very comfortable, with everything you need. The place has its own dining room and restaurant. The food (dinner and breakfast) was plentiful and extremely tasty, including local specialties. The owner helped us with parking. He offered us additional pleasant experiences by taking us to a panoramic terrace under the stars. He also recommended additional places of interest in the region for us to visit. Silvio our host was delightful, kind attentive and generous. The apartment is simply furnished and very comfortable with a small kitchen so you can do some cooking if you wish. Breakfast is a simple Italian breakfast and absolutely delicious bakery items are served. The village of San Martino is a beautiful picture postcard sleepy hilltop village. Plenty of towels, apartment is spotlessly clean and one evening Silvio even brought us a garlic pizza whilst we were cooking! He is a wonderful host. Great place to stay! The pool and pool facilities were amazing. The breakfast area is like no other for an time travel back through the centuries. A unique and wonderful place for wine tasting or special events.
