This exceeded our expectations! Excellent structure and very hospitable staff. Cozy rooms with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was very clean with many nice details. The grounds are very well-maintained; we stayed at the end of May and everything was blooming with roses.

Villa was clean and had so much space for our family of 4. Great location to mountains and walkable trails. Close to local shops and stores. Great place if you love nature and being in a less busy and loud city. Owner and family were so nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Plan to returning and staying here. Breakfast is included but limited to packaged bread and crackers. Coffee and milk also provided. We bought fruit and yogurt in town to supplement the breakfast for the kids. Loved that they had a washer. Line dry to dry clothes.

We loved the cosy ambience, the hot tub, and the fact that we were surrounded by nature. Cottage is close to Lake Fiastra and around 30min away from Sarnano. Host Leonardo was really nice and courteous.

The hosts were really friendly, welcoming and helpful and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. The room exceptionally clean, spacious and modern. They went out of their way to provide gluten free options for breakfast as my wife is intolerant to gluten.

The host was very kind all the time and helped a lot upon arrival and check out. We liked having mosquito nets and new windows and doors that isolate from outside noise and heat. Summer dinners in the garden are a plus.

Nice and spacious villa, perfect for those who got tired from big cities. We enjoyed staying there and having BBQ in the evening. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need. Surrounded by a fence, perfect for those, who travels with dogs
