The most incredible place to stay. Quiet and stunning with views over San Gimignano from the house and pool. Only issue was a lot of ants got into the room overnight but it was dealt with immediately.

Exceptional - perfect appartment, beautiful inside, even better than in pictures. everything you need is in, kitchen is fully equiped (dishwasher+tablets, coffe machine+cups....., also bathroom and utillity (washmaschine, iron,....) Clean? Extreme clean. Also thanks to Caterina and Fabio - owners, for such a good hosting, thanks for the bottle of their wine Poggio Rotondo. IT is vey good! Both of them are full od advise what to do and what to see in their area. definetely we will come back.

She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and visiting. Everything that is needed for living is available in the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation time there-

From the moment we drove up the driveway and were greeted with the biggest smiles from Berta and Andrea until the hugs and kisses on our farewell this will be a place I will remember for a lifetime ♥️ I can’t forget the cooking class Berta hosted! ating the delicious food that we prepared together and eating on the patio with the most amazing views !!!

This is one of the best houses I have stayed in. It truly captures the essence of Tuscany and if you want to experience this picturesque Italian region, Rose di Montagnana is the place to stay. The interior of the house is very nice, with lots of wooden ornaments, book shelves and different levels, the rooms are very cozy and you really have everything that you would think you'll need. The outside area is very nice to spend the evenings at with a drink and the views from the house are magnificent - fields of vineyards and the splendid sunset over San Gimigniano. The swimming pool is also very good. The location is very strategic and is perfect for reaching any point in Tuscany. I would recommend this house 100 %.
