We had such a wonderful experience here — honestly, one of the highlights of our trip! We had the tasting menu for dinner, and the food was absolutely amazing. We’ve been to quite a few vegan tasting menus in different places, and this was genuinely one of the most memorable. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The cocktails were also fantastic and really special. Having dinner on the terrace with the view over the valley was just incredible. The setting, atmosphere and food made the whole evening feel very unique. The service was also exceptional: incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Everything felt personal and effortless. Breakfast was also delicious. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place. A truly special experience!
