A guesthouse just a short walk from a beautiful small town, near both the archaeological ruins of the Roman baths ( where visitors can still bathe in thermal waters and visit the small museum in town to learn more about the history of these baths) and near the large and luxurious Fonteverde Spa, where day treatments and pools are built around the same ancient thermal springs. The guesthouse is small and charming in a lovely location, and staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

What a fantastic experience it was staying with Patricia and her staff, the food was amazing, wine was flowing and was made to feel very at home! Lovely rooms that stay very dark, nice and warm and a great bathroom! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment. Bigger and better furnished than expected with an amazing view of the countryside and the pool. Spotlessly clean. Our host was lovely and very helpful. San Casciano is also beautiful and only a short walk into the village

We recommend a holiday at Casa Demo for everyone. A very comfortable house, large, clean, cozy, with a soul. Beautifully decorated. You can see that the owners love this house. A well-kept garden with a swimming pool, which is perfect for hot days. Wonderful and friendly hosts. We had a great vacation and we already miss this place :)

The property was absolutely spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, coffe & tea, some kitchenware items as well. Excellent in the way it has been set up. We loved hearing the church bell chime on the hour and half hour and also loved that the accommodation was right in the old part of the village so you are surrounded by so much history.
