Great guesthouse overall. Very nice, spacious, and clean room with modern ammenities. Owner was very welcoming and even provided fresh mangoes from the garden. Location was very easy to reach with a car and only a short drive from the wonderful Belle Mare beach. I wish I had stayed here more than one night. Overall one of the best accommations (out of 5) that we stayed in on the island. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was impeccable. Welcoming Host and very helpful. Room cleaning service provided .All facilities were available as expected: wifi, kitchen ,bed rooms, air conditioning .parking etc. Quiet environment less than 1 minute walk to Bras Deau Beach. The Bras Deau Nature park just behind the appartment. Very well located for a peaceful stay. Sunshine Fusion Restaurant just 50 metres and no need to worry about quality food. Overall everything was EXCELLENT and would highly recommend SUNSHINE RESIDENCE.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and tastefully presented. We had access to all facilities including shops and restaurants in the village and sauna and gym access. The gym is well equipped with quality equipment and we didn't find it overly busy. Would definately recommend this particular apartment and will stay again when I next visit.
