Ellejaye was very kind and keen to make our stay optimal. Lovely breakfast was served at the time we agreed with perfect coffee. The view was great and everything very new and tidy. Changes to blankets etc was no problem (as I was warm and wanted it to be a bit lighter). Good location to enjoy the country side and Ellejaye was providing lots of tips.

Diane made us feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast with homemade stewed fruit and jam. Spacious room with comfortable bed, couch and nice ensuite. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you Diane for your great accomodation and hospitality.

Everything about Beech Hill was incredible. Gorgeous architecture and interior design with great attention paid to small touches. Idyllic setting with walks and gloworms from the door. Minutes from lots to do and close to Coastal taste trail. Owner, Nic, was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Her ambassador, the pup Frankie, made my kids entire trip to New Zealand. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to one day return.

This cottage is immaculate. The Host, Maria, welcomed us to the property (which is beautiful). The bedroom is large, warm and very comfortable - the bathroom exceptional and the fully equipped kitchen a dream to work in. The gardens surrounding the property are beautiful, sadly the weather was too wet to enjoy them, however our host was more than helpful advising places to explore and enjoy. We will certainly be back. Could not recommend highly enough - 10/10

This property was very private even thou it is attached to house, the set up is perfect for a long stay. We stayed 3 nights and the fridge was stocked with breakfast provisions everything you need so yummy. Amazing outdoor area with views of the water. Bed comfortable and so much space to move around. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. We Would love to go back in summer the pool looked so inviting.

A comfortable, clean space. Completely private towards the back of the lovely property. Rose is an enthusiastic host who went above-and-beyond to post signage with directions when I arrived after dark. I enjoyed meeting and talking with her. I loved this corner of NZ, including a fun evening at nearby Mapua Wharf.
