they are cleaning experts. the property has safe parking. it is very close to El Combate Beach, town and Playa los pozos. El Faro is also very close by. lots of spaces to be around. also a swimming pool and a deck !! you can pick fresh mangos and quenepas fruits. you can make coffee and there is microwave also a fridge. comfortable beds, great a/c. this is a family business so you will see the whole family making sure that you are happy with your stay. loved it and will be back very soon.

Did not know that the lock had the code underneath the locking mechanism, but was resolved by the owner. Understandable about the hot water; took some getting used to but eventually resolved. House needed tissues. The owner was very patient when called to resolve other issues. I would recommend this location for visiting family members. For our family, the location was near to about 4 -5 family members in the Cabo Rojo area. Once familiar with the area, easy to get to local stores. If you are a foodie, you will find many eateries to enjoy local cuisine especially if you are familiar with the culture. Eating along the shore was a treat! Having water provided was a big plus.

Very comfortable apartment, well located at walking distance from a very nice beach. Owners provided lots of local information on activities, very appreciated. Beach gear available, nice spot for early morning jogging trails just nearby on the hill. Definitely recommend this place! We were a family of five.
