Hotel is nicely and quietly located between the mountains and the river Soča. The rooms are housed in separate chalets and the whole area is clean and well maintained. The restaurant is really nice and all the staff equally friendly. Behind the domain there's lots of space to walk the dogs.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday House Lepena 16! The location is beautiful - you are in the middle of nature, very calm and green, beautiful views of the mountain and close to the valley of the Soca river. It was perfect for our children as well - they could play and use the swings, trampoline, football, etc. that our hosts have set up. Our host, Leonida and her family, are very friendly and helpful - thank you for your hospitality! The house is nice and fully equipped with everything you might need, we also appreciated the fact that we could sit and eat outside and enjoy the spacious garden!

everything! Filip the host was great! he had excellent tips for activities and more. helped us when we needed a medical help and contacted the nearest doctor. Filip thank you! the property is new. you have everything you need! very well made, good materials! the location is remote, you need to drive by a narrow road for 25 min to nearest restaurant/market. but that was ok for us. you really in the middle of the nature! amazing views!

Bruno and his wife are extremely kind. They were very helpful, the apartment is very equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony is beautiful. In this place you can experience the beauty of nature and at night the stars are glamorous. There are a lot of beautiful places around the apartment. There are many waterfalls in the area. Some are paid and some are free. It is worth walking through everything exploring the area and planning the route.

The apartment was just wonderful and the view outside of the apartment is gorgeous. The owner of the house is very nice and gave as everything we needed.

We have been welcomed with local drink from very friendly owner. We have enjoyed eating outside with great view of the mountains, playing with dog and cat. Apartment is spacy, clean, well equipped.
