Absolutely loved our stay at this villa! From the moment we passed through the impressive electric gate, we were enveloped in tranquility and relaxation. It's clear why this place has garnered such glowing reviews. Everything advertised on Booking.com is spot on. We've traveled to many different villas across Thailand, but none can hold a candle to this gem. Paul, our gracious host, left no stone unturned in ensuring we had an incredible stay. His comprehensive house book covered everything, from the exhilarating experience of bathing with elephants to thrilling scuba diving adventures and the best island excursions around. Paul even took care of organizing tours for us, with pick-up and drop-off right at the villa. The cherry on top? We had our very own private 24-hour Tuk Tuk service – an absolute game-changer. I can't sing enough praises for this villa and Paul. We're already planning our return trip, and this time, we'll be bringing our kids along, as well as our parents. What's even more impressive is that there were no hidden charges for electricity, and they provided fresh drinking water, saving us the hassle of buying bottled water. Entertainment-wise, they've got you covered with Netflix and HBO Go, making those cozy nights in even better. And don't even get me started on the fully-equipped gym – it puts 5-star hotels to shame. My boyfriend was in disbelief, and honestly, so was I. In summary, if you're considering a stay in Thailand, this villa should be at the top of your list. The hospitality, amenities, and overall experience were beyond exceptional. We can't wait to return and make more incredible memories here.

Superb villa located next to the beach as well as the city center. Very well equipped with 2 bedrooms composed of really comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, barbecue, swimming pool that lights up at night... A big thank you to the owner who responds to the messages within a minute and who will offer you a wide choice of excursions.

We accidentally left two items in Krabi and the owner graciously sent them to us in Bangkok. This was what our stay was like as well He was warm and welcoming. He helped accommodate and even gave us an extra towel, blanket and pillow. The location was two minutes from the Saturday market and around d some good restaurants. We loved how close it was to Super Cheap as well. We enjoyed the details like having a knife and cutting board to enjoy some Thai fruit as well. The ac worked well and the neighborhood is safe; I know this be cause I accident left my wallet and bag outside on the table all night. It was only an 8 minute drive to the beach. It has a cute little restaurant Chill Chill right in front of his place as well. If you are traveling with a family and have a car, it's a great place to stay. If you don't have a car, there were other means of transportation to the beach. It was a quiet and very clean place. We appreciated them taking off shoes at the door as this means the floor of the place is clean. They had great room service where they would give us new towels and sheets everyday. They didn't scrimp on service. The walls are a little thin but we had white noise. I would advise that you bring a sponge and dishwashing soap if you plan on using their cups, mugs and dishes; we used it everyday and it was great. For the shower, they provide body wash and shampoo. I would recommend that you bring your own hand soap. Outside of this, we were very content.

The property was very clean. It looked gorgeous, just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. Amenities were just as described. Every bathroom had hand shower. Paul is an awesome host. He was very courteous to our family and very friendly. He arranged airport pick up, drop off, massages at the villa and a phi phi island tour at very decent prices. It was a delight to communicate with him. We mostly communicated via whatsapp. He made the tour a truly memorable one. He was very accommodating. I truly felt that we have a friend here at Thailand. And that if there is every any trouble here, he will do the best that he can. It was a great experience for all of us! 10 out of 10.
