The best location you can stay in Dalyan. This is my second time in this hotel and everything looked better. Amazing views facing the rock tombs. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Close to the town center. So peaceful and quiet in the night. Would recommend it.

We liked the location the most because of the private beach by the river in which you can swim with a private bar and the view of the Kaunos Kings tombs. We loved the proximity to the city centre and the rooms were really nice, we slept well. The owner is very friendly and helpful with planning your adventure.

The garden is charming. The pool is surrounded by beautiful flowering trees. The host is nice company and will bring large water bottles on request. He organized a small bathing tub for our daughter, 3 yo, for whom the pool was too deep. He also owns a boat and will organize pleasant excursions for a small company (we were 6). Small turtles come and shelter from the sun in the garden. I would definitely like to return, and would recommend it to my friends. P.S. The location as indicated on the booking.com map is wrong, which is a good thing because the apt is much closer to the center. It is a 10 minute walk away from the main shopping & restaurant street (Ataturk Blv). The exact location is the west corner of the crossing between 310th street (=310. Sokak) and Hacioglu street.
