Lovely quiet rural setting within cycling distance of the old town. Very spacious rooms with welcoming and friendly hosts who are happy to prepare meals for you if required. Opportunity to prepare your own meals but you would need to stock up with market supplies prior to arriving. Would suit visitors who want to enjoy Hoi An’s many attractions and/or those who just want to experience the Vietnamese countryside. It is an ideal location to go for long walks or to cycle and explore the myriad of narrow roadways which crisscross Cam Kim. Superb!

Honestly everything, great location, the house and room were so nice, the family and people were lovely and very friendly, helpful. Gave good information and loaned a scooter to me which was a highlight for me (first one in Vietnam). Can also do your washing there which is very helpful. Everything about this place is perfect, highly recommend

6 féle ételből lehet választani, ami nem túl sok ha hosszabb időre érkezel. - de a tulajdonos már az első nap azt mondta, hogy mivel hosszabb időt tartózkodunk, szívesen elkészít bármit amit kérünk. - kértünk és meg is kaptuk. Egyébként szívesen készítenek ebédet és vacsorát is kérésre, ami árban sokkal kedvezőbb, mintha bemennél az óvárosba. A környéken sétálni, biciklizni is lehet. Rizsföldekkel és helyi kisebb szolgáltatásokkal találkozol majd. Az óváros cca 3 km-re van, így akár ezt a távolságot le is sétálhatod. Ott sok-mindenben lehet részed, részetek, így NE hagyjátok ki. Ha visszamentek Da Nang-ba, akkor érdemes úgy menni, hogy maradtok 22h-ig és csak utána mentek vissza a Villába. - azért, mert a tengerparton kívűl, érdemes lesz megnézni a Sárkány hidat, és az egyéb műsorokat. Az óvárosban sok helyen árusítanak fakultatív programokat, melyeket igény szerint igénybe tudtok venni. - amit szerintünk NE hagyjatok ki: Ba Na Hills. DRÁGA.... legalább is szerintünk az, de megismételhetetlen élmény.... Visszatérve: a szállás szerintünk jó, tágas szobánk volt. Minden nap takarítanak és törölközőt is cserélnek. Ágynemút pedig általában hetente kétszer csrélnek. - szóval odafigyelnek mindenre, és kérésre mondhatjuk hogy ugranak. A szobához volt egy erkély, amiről a folyóra lehet látni. Lehet helyben a Villában biciklit és motort is bérelni, így nem kell a hosszabb utakat végigsétálnod.

Rare that front desk agents and housekeepers are this personable, unusually kind, and sincere. I had an amazing stay. My room was clean and tidy. On days that I didn't want cleaning, my room attendant always made sure I had towels and that trash was taken away. My room overlooked the pool and a beautiful tree coming into bloom. The area was quiet, just like I wanted, but easily accessible to the center of Hoi An in a 5 minute taxi ride. There were also convenience stores nearby that I could walk to or take one of the hotel's bikes.

By far the best thing about the place was Vickynhu (the lady owning and running the hotel). We arrived late on a Monday but she was so welcoming. We got to sit in the reception while she gave us tips on what we should do there and the best tailors to visit. She also warned us about different ways people try to scam tourists so we were aware about what to look for Really nice hotel both inside and outside. The pool outside was clean and we could also sit outside to play cards The room was much bigger than we expected and with hight hygiene standards! The balcony was nice to, we had view over a nice park and could also see the river going through the city By far the best thing about the place was Vickynhu (the lady owning and running the hotel)
