It’s a beautiful cottage set in lush surroundings. The perfect place to have some peace and quiet in nature. The cottage was very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The host, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

What an absolute gem of a place. Away from the hustle and bustle of all the other tourists in town but close enough to not feel secluded. The accomodation is clean, spacious and had everything I needed to cook and also a nice seating area inside and outside to enjoy my meals or just relax. I can see a lot of thought went into every piece of furniture and decoration to make you feel at home. The property was clean and relaxing with loads of space to go for a walk, explore and feel one with nature. Close to town, beautiful beaches and activities. The combinations of nature, stunning accomodation and friendly staff (and access to a wonderful sauna) is just some of the reasons I'll be back with friends or family next time.

4 Matrics stayed at Woodpecker during Plett Rage. Claire is a friendly and helpful host. The lodge is on the Shuttle route and close distance to CBD. Claire stays at the property and looked out for them during their stay, even phoned me this morning to let me know that they departed. Can highly recommend this place. Value for money.
