The place is new and well-maintained, very charming and quiet, despite being very centrally located. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, without being a nuisance. The little touches -- a bowl of chocolates, bottled water, coffee capsules, etc. -- you don't get everywhere you go, certainly not in Bulgaria. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The accommodation provides spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. lovely, bright and brand new studio apartment (we rented 2 and they were both great). all modern and with new furnishings, well equipped kitchen and nice place to relax in the evening. separate bathrooms, again all newly fitted out. you can also use the pool, sauna/steam rooms and spa at Borovets Hills hotel (directly opposite). there was a small extra charge but we’ll worth it. our hosts were great, very helpful and they checked in on us during the week. you can ski in/out to Yastrabets lift (about 5 - 10 mins to make your way to the slope with your skis on) it was very quiet, only half the apartments on our floor were in use (and it was half term). lots of parking as well if you drive.

The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. The living room has a big sofa and a TV. There is a small balcony with a great view at the woods where you can sit and enjoy the view. The host was very responsive and polite. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was fine and we were ok.
