The flat itself is modern with a stylish touch of few older elements. Very comfortable layout, clean, warm with a big balcony and a view to the sea which is even better than advertised. Very close walk to the Monte Carlo casino and many good restaurants. Also we were quite lucky because there is quite a lot of public parking spots around the building. We did not need to look for underground parking and it was quite cheap considering it is Monaco.

Roberta was very helpful! She greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything about the apartment! The apartment was well stocked with everything you might need and more…. Excellent location! Close to everything, but very private! I would highly recommend it.
