Everything was great, extremely clean, in the top center, self lock and unlock system, great host, who gave us advice about free parking area.

This was a perfect place to stay while traveling by car. My husband enjoyed the restaurant and steak. Unfortunately, there were no vegetarian or pescatarian options for dinner, but that's expected from an Argentinian restaurant. Though the restaurant was full, we weren't disturbed in our room at all. The room was nice with a comfortable bed - perfect for resting. We left our car full of stuff in the parking lot next to the building - everything was fine.

We had a fantastic stay: very central location in a quiet street; large, comfortable and beautifully curated room; warm and generous sense of hospitality from the owner and staff. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

The location of the property is amazing - just a few minutes outside the nearest town (by car) and as peaceful as I have not seen in years! Both breakfast and dinner I had at the property were delicious - good variety and tasting like homemade food! The owners are always available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Set in Ravenna and within 600 metres of Ravenna Station, Martins Residence de Luxe features a garden, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi. Julia was extremely helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. Location in within walking distance to the square, shops, train station. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Beautiful apartment with a terrace, very spacious and comfortable, everything clean. The location is very quiet and easily accessible, we appreciated the parking space, which is charged (but in Bologna, it is difficult to find parking, so this was a welcome addition).
