Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

Wonderful beds and shower (cannot express fully how much we loved the shower). Staff incredibly friendly, sent us a map via Whatsapp, in case we had gotten lost, as we arrived later than we had said. Will stay there again for sure.

The property is amazing! We stayed at the It’s so comfortable and beautiful. The apartment building is located just outside the historic center of Bologna and is easily findable! Checkin was also easy and the host was responsive on the chat. The area has some restaurants and grocery stores around with a few bus stops with buses running to the centre and the Bologna Centrale station. The beds were comfortable and we were a family of 6 and found the apartment very spacious! There’s a lot of storage space as well and extra cushions and blankets available too. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were great too. The small balcony was a great addition to chill and hangout! Cheers to the host for keeping the apartments spic and span, clean and well maintained.
