Bare 4 minutters gange fra Ferrara-katedralen og 1,3 kilometer fra Ferrara jernbanestasjon ligger Downtown - Camere in Centro, som tilbyr overnatting med klimaanlegg og felles bad i Ferrara. This was my first experience with a room with a shared bathroom (well, if you don’t count living in a student dormitory 15 years ago), so I was quite pessimistic about such an option. In fact, the entire hotel is absolutely new and perfectly clean. There are only 7 rooms in the hotel, two bathrooms. The bathrooms are very warm, everything is perfectly clean, there is shampoo in individual packets. Contactless check-in through the web page did not work for me, but the host opened the door remotely when I called him on WhatsApp. The host speaks English. The location is right in the city center, we arrived in the city late but felt completely safe. Ferrara is a very charming town, there are no crowds of marginalized people on the streets as in some other places. This is a very good option for the price (45 euros), I recommend.

There was a small lovely garden in the back that we wish we had had time for. If the off-season rates stay the same, we will definitely return to Leonardo’s Boutique Rooms 3.0.

Martins Residence de Luxe ligger i Ravenna, 6 minutters gange fra Ravenna jernbanestasjon og 13 kilometer fra Mirabilandia fornøyelsespark, og har en hage, gratis WiFi og boenheter med utsikt over... The apartment is in a very central location. Giulia was extremely helpful and assisted with everything. The breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean and spacious, all the amenities you may need. This is one of the few properties in the close vicinity of the old town that offers affordable gated private parking, which puts it in front of the other properties in the area, if you're arriving by car. If we ever come back to Bologna this will be our first pick for sure.
