Incredible accommodation which exceeded our expectations! Very quite area, located in a castle, the room was very spacious and with a splendid view! The breakfast was also incredible, with many choices and also homemade cakes. It is located very near to Pienza and there are many great locations to visit around this accommodation - we also received a list with recommendations from our host. We would definitely come back! Despite a 20-minute walk uphill from the bus station, we absolutely loved our accommodation. Our host; Michele,was an absolute treasure who greeted us and made us most welcome. Once we got our bearings, we realized we were within short walking 🚶‍♂️ distances from Il Campo and the Duomo. A very substantial breakfast was served in the local Bar downstairs. Our room was large and well equipped for our needs. A bonus was the use of a well equipped communal kitchen. An elevator made access to the property from the street level so easy!

Located in Montepulciano, MontepulcianoLettings is a recently renovated accommodation, 48 km from Mount Amiata and 5.8 km from Terme di Montepulciano. I spend few weeks in North and Central Italy and this apartment was the best for me (comparing similar or bigger prices). It is located in old city, but in quiet area. It is after renovation. Very nice design. It was new but still with old soul (especially ceilings). It was well equipped - coffee machine and some sweet Italian breakfast kit. Very comfortable bed. Nice and friendly host with good contact.
