The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

Exceptional apartment, spacious, airy, beautiful, with all amenities one could think of. Location is superb. Despite being in the very city center it was very quiet at the apartment. Beds were so comfortable, and the lounge was so great to spend evenings with family playing board games and talking about the wonderful trip. Washing machine was ready (along with detergent) and we could dry our clothes outside on the balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and WC were amazing as well. Staff was incredible, the manager even assured a baby bed for us.

The host was excellent at communicating and very helpful. They helped get our luggage into our rooms after we received it from the delivery service. Its well connected to the subway as well - 5-10 min walk. Great view from the window and quite large considering an apartment in Japan

Set 2.5 km from Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, Zen Kyoto Apartment Hotel offers 3-star accommodation in Kyoto and has a terrace. The space. This was a little away from main Kyoto but the advantage is that you get a great space. After the cramped room in Tokyo, my wife and I enjoyed sprawling out in our own individuals beds and we could actually enjoy a movie to end our night after a tiring day.
