I really like the apartment which is located inside the old town. The landlord is very nice and helpful. They also have a restaurant nearby and yachts. So you can easily book everything in advance via one person. It’s worth to stay for a couple of days because Dubrovnik is very beautiful.

Everything, from checkin hospitality, to small things that they turn on heating in the mobile houses before we came, as it was a bit cold, till the checkout process. Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Great location, very kind personnel at the reception. We has some issues with the appliance the person arrived after 5 minutes that we called the reception. The villas are great just equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. They seriously take also if you arrive with a pet: generous welcome e.g. sleeping cushion, toy, treat etc.
