Good location, overpriced and not really well serviced. The windows were open and it had been raining all day which meant there was water everywhere, there was a long time in which there was no energy, and there were no alternative options, so we had to walk 10 floors by stairs and there was no lights to eat. Some of the staff was nice, but who looked like the manager/owner was really pedantic, and not really someone oriented to service.

From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the entire experience was seamless. The staff genuinely cared about the guests and provided an outstanding level of service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. I will be back next year. Kindest regards to Santiago and the Team, who made my stay consistently so comfortable and enjoyable. Julieta
