She called us to make sure we know how to enter, she gave us info regarding food delivery. She booked a mini bus to airport for us. Everything was wonderful. The room very big and clean.

Free and easy parking right in front of building. Unit was extremely clean. Roomy enough for 4 adults. There were a lot of easily accessible outlets, so it was easy to charge our electronics. Kitchen/living area was comfortable. It's about a 30 min drive outside of Vienna, so it's nice to get away from the chaos of the city and its traffic. This also means there are less options for dining, etc. around, so I'd recommend doing some research ahead of time if you need to plan a meal or something. We found a very good restaurant but they were cash only so be prepared for that also.
