The perfect choice for our trip. The house is located in a small village, about 25 minutes drive from Salzburg and the Lake District (Salzkammergut). It is a whole large traditional Austrian house, where on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, living room, toilet and bathroom, and a washing machine. On the second floor, another toilet and four large double rooms, each with a sink and a lovely view, some with access to the balcony that surrounds the house. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are large and very clean. The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We had breakfast in a lovely sitting area outside on the grass facing the view, and dinners at the cozy dining table in the kitchen. The house filled us with peace and homely warmth. Lovely Barbara and her son Alex came to welcome us, helped us with everything and were available for any questions regarding the house or the planning of our trip. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment, it was a great place to return after the day trips we made. We warmly recommend you to stay there!

Very spacious and cleverly done space. New bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Prt of the house is a day-restaurant for skiers with very tasty food. The owners are very friendly and easy going people who care. The position of the apartment next to the slope is great.

The place was beautiful! There were so many things to do with the family, I just wish we stayed one more day at least. We had fun, my nephew had a great time and the hosts were just splendid. My recommendation to new guests that are coming is to buy food and everything you need in advance, that way you do not lose time going to the nearest shop (which takes time) and just arrive to the house and enjoy it! BTW, the weather also helped us a lot to get the most out of the house.

We were delighted with this lovely apartment in Krispl. It is located in a very scenic rural location yet close to Salzburg and a large number of tourist sites. The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished - comfortable bed, dining facilities with ample kitchen utensils etc. The swimming pool was an added bonus, it was quite tardis like (bigger than you’d expect from the outside) and has a permanent cover that keeps it free from insects. What stands out most though is the professionalism and care of hosts Toni, Leonie and Anton who did everything they could to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food they served us at their adjoining hotel was absolutely delicious. We were also provided with tourist cards that allowed free travel on the train to Salzburg and discounts at local attractions. Thank you!

We had an amazing time! We stayed at the apartment 1 on the first floor. The house is spacious, clean, quiet and very well equipped to accommodate a large family like ours. We didn’t find a single flaw in a week’s stay. Gerhard, the host, was very kind and helpful. We are definitely coming here again! Highly recommended by very demanding travelers!

A gorgeous and spacious home. It was stunning to look out at the Alps and the llamas on the farm next door from the hot tub and sauna. A great half way point from all of the big city tourism at the start and end of our vacation. We loved the ability to do laundry, cook our own meals and have a bit more room.

We loved everything about this property! The sauna was amazing the host and her family are wonderful people. They went over and above to help make our stay there very memorable. There was a great cafe across the road and a lovely little organic shop around the corner with fresh produce including meat and cheese. We also loved playing in the snow which was a lovely surprise for early December.
