Piz hotel was in maintenance so the automatically shifted us to nearby hotel owned by same chain. Quality of the new hotel were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The even gave us Pitztal card for all family members which has many entertainment activities including bus ride for the whole period for free. Will come back again for sure.

Great accommodation, location near the ski bus (a few minutes from the glacier), great breakfast and excellent dinners, wellness with pool and sauna, great staff. An ideal place not only for a winter skiing holiday.

Sensational hotel, very friendly service. It really is no exaggeration that the atmosphere at the hotel is family oriented. The Welness zone also met our expectations. Perfect location for us with children and beginners as well as experienced skiers; right opposite the main gondola and next to the nursery slope. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating, they really surprised us with the food quality from traditional to gourmet and lots of choice for the children. Great facilities and pool to relax after skiing and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice to be on the doorstep of a bit of apres ski too but thankfully not too wild!

The location is magnificent! Beautiful view and nice place for hiking. The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are equipped with everything a person would need. SPA included many types of saunas. Great way to relax after hiking. I tried Asia Bath packet. It was nice experience. Each day there were new menu for dinner. Food were delicious. I was able to try lots of traditional dishes as well. Special thanks to hotel stuff. Everyone is very attentive, polite, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone. There you can have both relaxing and active holidays:)

Thank you for a beautiful stay. The location is the perfect base for various hiking tours. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and happy to help with everything.

Bed was perfect for me. My much bigger hubby found it a bit hard; he didn't sleep well. Wonderful hosts. Nice breakfast. Classic Tirol! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great hotel. However, we booked hoping for childcare since it said it was included, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Dinner also took a night to get used to. It's a 5-course meal every night.
