Asuimme suite-huoneessa joka oli erittäin siisti ja tilava. Parisänky oli leveä ja erittäin hyvä nukkua. Ravintola/aamupala ylimmässä kerroksessa mahtavilla alppinäkymillä. Sijainti oli loistava, vanhan kaupungin kävelykadulle matkaa vain 100 metriä. Automatkaajalle helppo pysäköinti hotellin parkkialueella.

Apartmenthaus Nr 1 sijaitsee Lienzissä 4,3 km:n päässä Aguntumista ja 32 km:n päässä Winterwichtelland Sillianista. Majoituspaikan huoneissa on ilmastointi ja oma kylpyhuone.
