Size of the room, facilities of the hotel, very lavish breakfast, supportive staff

Amazing hotel, very clean and cozy rooms, very good shower. Closer to the city center (Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz stations) - you just need to go Praterstern station and then change to U1 line to for reaching Stephansplatz (just 3 stations). We would definitely choose this hotel during our next visit to Vienna.

Location is great. Close to different public transportation stops in case you travel to different areas in Vienna daily.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff members were helpful and courteous, answering all of our questions. The hotel is new and still has they new smell to it which is nice. The room looked exactly like the photos. They are very trendy in style. There is a restaurant on the 7th floor, not associated with the hotel, which had good food and a beautiful view. The lobby has a large sitting area with many activities. It was nice to see the lobby nearly full with people interacting and studying.

Location was great, staff was accommodating, I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location, beautiful super clean and very nice stuff. The jazz bar upstairs is unbelievable beautiful view and excellent drinks. The record player in your room is a highlight.

Location, spaciousness, amenities & comfort!

Everything was excellent. perfect location in the heart of the Old town, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, big bed, spacious room, all what you need for some days stay in Vienna. And the elevator, what was very helpful for my feet. we are very satisfied with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bart’s City Center Vienna! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old city, surrounded by charming cafes and fantastic restaurants just steps from the flats. It was perfect for our group; we were two families and booked two flats, which gave us plenty of space and comfort. Everything felt so convenient, with the vibrant atmosphere of Vienna right at our doorstep. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the city from. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna!

It is very clean in the room. The breakfast is good.

It is in the center close to everything, the apartment well equipped and so clean, bed is sooo COMFORTABLE it feels like home! I would definitely recommend it

Beautiful place, so spacious, and close to two major subway lines.

The lobby and lounge are beautifully decorated, the bar is great and breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side but furnished with everything we might need. We felt that the hotel could easily be considered a 4 star, instead of 3.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The gym was great, laundry and drying was free, well sized bedroom, good shower. Near the metro and the tram.
