Wonderful pool and spa area. Very clean. Lovely and polite staff, super helpful at any interaction. Great food at the Pri Momite restaurant with many local treats. Best hotel in the area. We loved the themed room for both style and comfort.

A very interesting hotel whose online photos simply don't do it any justice. Spa and indoor swimming pool, astonishingly clean also, with a lifeguard on duty at all times. It is spotlessly clean, well run with organised and eager to help staff, and a fabulous breakfast buffet.

The house is just fabulous. So perfectly clean and well maintained. Beautiful garden, and neighbours are also very cute and nice. We felt very safe the whole time.Location is wonderful, just minutes away from Phohodna cave.
The owner of the house is such an amazing woman. She welcomed us so warmly.

Breakfast was great in very nice location. Art all around and very nicely decorated. Good restaurant at front door. Spa included with good choice of wellness services/ Opening windows and good pillows and room temperature, fridge and TV not used and bath which came with upmarket toiletries and fluffy towels. Pool was nice as was sauna. Free parking outside hotel. Price was excellent for basic room we had - many other themed rooms were intriguing but cost more - next time maybe.

Basic hotel, very polite staff. Good location to explore Projodna cave, Saeva dupka cave, Zlatna Panega eco path. Restaurant is good, but when is full at the maximum, it takes long time to deliver your food. All the staff is polite, although overloaded. Parking is in front of the hotel, free of charge. Lukovit does not offer a lot of caffees to drink a coffee or have a lunch. But the nature itself pays your stay back. Boat trip is good along the river.

Great staff and awesome breakfast. Ideal for families with kids - like us. There were two kids’ play places indoors and one outdoors. Everything was clean. The food was delicious. During our stay the hotel organised an event near the Prohodna cave and it was an interesting experience and we appreciated it very much.

- Very clean house. No insects anywhere. Dishware was spotless.
- Good location near the town centre. Overlooking the river and with a supermarket opposite.
- Comfortable beds and pretty good quality beddings.
- Pretty good light blocking with blinds plus partial curtains.
- Hosts in touch through Whatsapp messages, communication was quite good.
- Washing and drying machines are high quality (Miele brand dryer).
- Very good value for money (I increased my score from 9/10 to 10/10 based on good cost).
