The owner was exceptionally hospitable, and provided abundant, complementary water, coffee, and tea, as well as other beverages and little treats. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, and the property is located in a pleasant area 8 to 10 minutes from downtown Dundas and nearby waterfalls and trails.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay over the Christmas week at the Staybridge and we were comfortable, well fed and taken care of by the customer focused staff. From one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had with lots of variety over the days compliments of the kitchen staff Suzie and Mary Grace - thank you! To Jen, who ensured our rooms were kept clean and even chatted with us about our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamilton, not least because of the excellent location and parking facilities. Well done, worth every penny!

This residence is a very good lower cost alternative to expensive hotels, with really no sacrifices. The decor of the rooms is basic, but everything is super clean, and the beds are comfortable, and the shower is great. There is a full size fridge and a microwave. There is lots of convenient parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this again.
