We loved this hotel! We ended up staying an extra night. Super nice staff, remodeled rooms around a cute pool courtyard. Amazing facilities and wellness center. Hot tub and sauna were excellent as well as relaxation room and yoga room with new equipment. A 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants so location worked well for us. Grocery store very close.

Amazing location on the lake front and close to Main st, restaurants, shops, cafes, etc Quiet, clean, fridge, can't beat the value!

This was such a cute property, and right by the water! The room was adorable and updated, there were decks with comfy chairs and the staff was friendly.

Everything was just wonderful! I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, decor was nice, and everything was well functioning. Parking was easy. Lake and beach are just across the road.

It is in an excellent location. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. After days of travel it was nice to finally relax. The shade in the window was a nice touch.

I apprecuate how attentive the staff were in addressing our concerns and how helpful they were whenever we asked a question. They were pleasant and made us feel welcome. The room was recently rennovated and looked very modern and clean. It was very nice. It felt comfortable and we were at home relaxed on our vacation.

Here for hockey showcase. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped guide us when the lot was over full because of the concert this weekend. Always a smiling face and offering help if we looked lost. Never heard the other guests, quiet and restful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is well kept, all of the facilities are very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The courtyard is very nice, with many tables and lounges to sit. The pool was clean and great for a dip on a hot day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Finally, the location cannot be beat! It is walking distance to the beach, downtown and the canal. We had a wonderful stay!

The suite appeared to be recently renovated and with modern appliances. It was very comfortable and spacious especially for only two people on a short 3 day stay but could easily accommodate 4 guests. It was well stocked with pretty much every household item you would need. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with, with well laid out instructions provided; and the welcome snacks were a nice treat!

We liked pretty much - everything! We thought we had booked an older motel in the shopping district, but this place was great! Right across the street from a major mall, walking distance to restaurants, pizza houses, etc. The toilet (usually my pet peeve) was even higher off the floor than most motels. Great for older folks.

We were immediately met with a gorgeous lady at the front desk that was so incredibly welcoming and could not have made it a nicer welcome. It was my first motel experience in Canada and it was wonderful, the bbq set up and the pool were well cleaned and a great perk. The rooms were tidy and extremely close to the beach.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean. The pool was great as it was hot while we were there. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, great price, friendly staff

Easy location to walk to beach, nice pool area and very clean pool, beautiful gazebos in the middle for eating and chilling. Just a short walk to the beach (which is lovely) and there is a new $5 simple mini golf nearby which was fun. Bed was extremely comfy, air con was quiet.

A very large one bedroom with a full kitchen, however, Penticton has lots of great restaurants to choose from. Delicious coffee provided. Nice surprises of fresh peaches put in the breakfast nook. Location was very easy to get around Penticton. Communication was excellent with the host. This property is not ideal for anyone who cannot do stairs, as there are about six steps down into the suite
