Hinta oli kova mutta huone siisti ja toimiva. Plussaa kaupasta alakerrassa. Myös ratikkapysäkki lähellä oli hyvä. Mikro ja jääkaappi löytyi, uunia ei ollut meidän huoneessa. Viemäri ei alussa vetänyt mutta se korjattiin välittömästi.
