The owner , a young man named Francesco was a truly pleasant and helpful young man . Very personable and knowledgeable of the area and as an extra bonus spoke very good English . Very good price point . Good gated bike storage . Room was much larger than expected and Althea furnishings were dated they were comfortable and very clean . Bed was comfortable . The bathroom was compact but more than adequate with toiletries and also very clean . Very close to several choices for dinner. Breakfast was good with multiple hot and cold choices . Would definitely stay here again
