The apartment was perfect! it was spacious, super clean, and well-equipped. We loved the balcony! There was also a lot of storage space, and the beds were comfortable. Close to the beach.

The hostess is simply amazing! Very helpful, quick to provide any and every information we asked for and needed help with. The house is very spacious, and we found it clean and neat. The location is great - beach and larger supermarkets you can walk to in under 20 minutes, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The main bus stop where tour buses will pick you up is also within easy walking distance, and in general it's very easy to travel to any part of the island from Arrecife in general.

We enjoyed to stay for 6 nights at Gaviota. The apartament was sparkling clean and spacious, more then enough for 2 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location of the building was also convenient and didn't had any trouble with parking. The host, Carla, was very nice and wiling to help. We will like to come back again for sure!

Jenny met us and gave us the key. She was very kind and friendly. The place was spotless. The place was exactly as described with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book the place again. They also let us check out a couple of hours later than the time stated. Thank you.

We loved the flat, everything was renovated, such a beautiful place! The location was good, walking distance to the center, but still not right in the middle of the city, which makes it nicer (at least for us). It was nice to feel the peacefulness. Chaxi was the person who dealt with everything. She was very attentive, friendly and resolute, providing us with anything we needed and adapting to our schedule/time. She is the best!
