És un hotel molt familiar i confortable. Les instal·lacions són molt correctes i netes però el que destaca sobretot és el tracte que donen la Mila i la Bea. La Mila atenta a tot durant l'esmorzar, i la Bea sempre a punt per ajudar-te en tot. Després de passejar per la ciutat de Palència, conéixer els secrets del canal d'aigua que recorre el territori palentí de nord a sud, apartar-se de la ciutat i allotjar-te en aquest hotel es converteix en un moment molt agradable.
