The hotel is very atmospheric and lovely. The small plaza in which it is situated is surrounded by beautiful historic buildings. It is a five minute walk from the main plaza, where you can take the bus to the Delicias train station. Note that there are a few stairs to climb up from the main plaza to the hotel. It is a very clean hotel, with spacious rooms. Lots of nooks and crannies to see as you wander around the premises. There is an elevator. I found the bed to be comfortable, and the shower was really good. The room was heated. I was there when the weather was cool. The staff at reception were very helpful; and they also speak some English. Breakfast was buffet style. It was great. At 10 Euros, it was reasonably-priced. I would definitely choose this place again Cuenca is really worth a visit. The old town is dramatically beautiful, situated between two river gorges. It is a wow. Tons of photo opps. If you like walking, this is definitely a place to visit. It is very hilly, though. Churches, museums, and art galleries are worth a visit.

The property is nicely decorated, the rooms are very spacious and offer all the comforts. The place is immaculately clean and well placed. The owners were very accommodating of my gluten allergy, and even made sure to be ready with gluten-free bread for me alone in the morning, so lovely.

Santi has welcomed us right where we have agreed and walk us to the appartment. Cuenca is beautiful city to visit and Rascacielos San Martin are great place to stay. Our host was very nice and we would like to come back one day.

This renovated 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable and the building entrance is in the pedestrian zone. Car parking in the blue zone nearby is an option for overnight stays as payment is only needed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00, 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00. Is €1.60 for each 2-hour maximum duration. There was no detergent for the washing machine when we were there. Clothes hangers and pegs were provided. These quickly dried in the warm weather after hanging them on the line outside the window. A full size ironing board (not the table mounted type) was provided.
