We can honestly say that this apartment was a very pleasant surprise and has exceeded all expectations. Coming to an old city like Cuenca, we didn't exactly know what to expect, but the facilities were top notch. The apartment was well stocked, the bathrooms were renovated and all in all everything was very well maintained and stocked. The pictures on booking definitely don't do this place justice. The center location is also a great plus (2 minutes from Plaza Mayor) and we felt very welcome from the moment we met the host. Will definitely come back in the future

This renovated 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable and the building entrance is in the pedestrian zone. Car parking in the blue zone nearby is an option for overnight stays as payment is only needed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00, 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00. Is €1.60 for each 2-hour maximum duration. There was no detergent for the washing machine when we were there. Clothes hangers and pegs were provided. These quickly dried in the warm weather after hanging them on the line outside the window. A full size ironing board (not the table mounted type) was provided.

This is a very comfortable, super clean and well located apartment in the old town of Cuenca. Eva is a fantastic host and very helpful and responsive. We were 2 couples and I have to say the trundle beds in the second bedroom are probably better suited to children or young people. However this doesn't detract from the high quality of the apartment. The lift was very much appreciated by my parents and the washing machine was very helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and the centre of town is a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away. I would recommend this apartment for a base to explore Cuenca.

The best possible location in Cuenca, one side peaceful but again in the middle of the old city. The apartment is atypical and originally reconstructed with the taste. It is clean and well-equipped. Possible to park for a few minutes (moving in / out) for the overnight parking we used the free parking 10 minutes nice walk away. Cuenca is a beautiful city with marvelous views and location, a nice base for spending 3-4 days. Really fine walking around in nature. We will return to Cuenca and to the same apartment!

Very nice apartment with amazing bed and bed clothes. It was really nicely decorated and it felt very homely in every way. Nice and cozy balcony with great views. It was nice and warm and I never needed to put anymore heating on even at night. Great bathroom with new decor and fittings. Just a great accommodation and it was also really easy to communicate with the owners about the check in and check out.

The living room and the kitchen are not only big in size, the appliances, the decorations and the furniture are modern and well chosen, anything you need for a short trip are there and we are happy we stay 10 nights. It is also very clean and in good central location close to restaurants and walking distance to old town. Great place to explore Cuenca and take a break!

Free spacious public parking in 300m away behind the Castle Wall. - Very spacious apartments. Practically 3-floored house for 2-3 families. Interesting design. Very spacious and pleasant bathroom. Awesome panoramic views from windows of the abyss and Parador of Cuenca 4* in the old monastery building - Owners well and quickly communicate
