The host Lucia was so kind and friendly. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Fresh orange juice, coffee, coffee cake, fruit, buttered toast, and hard boiled egg all for five euro. The room was spacious and very clean. It was easy to find a parking spot along the road.

I picked up the keys at a tiny mercado, which was near to a slightly bigger one, which I went to first. They were kind at both places and helped straighten me out. The place was very cute and had way more than I needed for one night alone. Because it was so hot, I ended up sleeping on the futon in the living room where the A/C is. It was actually very comfy. I spent most of the next day in Cuenca, and they let me store my bags at the mercado. And then, despite a language barrier, they helped me call a taxi when I was struggling to call one. I felt very taken care of on my first solo overnight anywhere in Europe.

Situated in Cuenca, 300 metres from Mangana Tower, Rascacielos San Martín features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a tour desk. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. Amazing location and incredible views. Easy parking near by. You could park lower down in the town and not have to pay but we were happy to pay for the convenience and easy access to the apartment.

This property has easy safe parking around 12m away across the road. The host suggested a great place to eat, and we enjoyed it. He was very helpful. This was a super stay!
