Wonderful hosts. The unit was extremely well supplied with everything and very comfortable. Very hot water for showers. The surroundings beside a vineyard were absolutely beautiful, but the very narrow, rough roads to reach it were the only negative. Overall, excellent choice for a getaway.

Our room was in the attic with beautifully restored timber beams. Although we spoke hardly any French and Pascal spoke hardly any English, he was so pleasant and welcoming. Lovely nature and always happy and smiling. You could tell he was proud of the Chateau. They also kindly offered an evening meal although we arrived on the night the restaurant was closed. The breakfast in the morning was great served our the friendly host, Pascal. This was a good option for our stop over on the way to Lourdes.

The location was ideal, countryside setting, very few cars passing, secluded with lots of open green space, thoroughly enjoyed the sounds of the birds and crickets. The accommodation was delightful, spacious, comfortably and stylishly decorated, high ceilings with beams - wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, utility room too if you wish to use washing machine. Beds are very comfortable, double and single in both bedrooms. The swimming pool is lovely, open views across the countryside to the vineyards. Isabelle and Thierry are such lovely hosts and ensure you have everything that you need. We flew into Bordeaux airport and hired a car, drive to property is just over an hour., we wanted an isolated property away from busy areas. So much to do a short drive from the property. Highly recommend.
