Everything. The whole place was calm, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The owners are an absolutely lovely couple. Everything was clean to a very high standard. We had a wonderful stay at the chateau. This is truly an oasis of tranquility and we felt immediately at home. After the first night we were welcomed by the proprietors’ dog at the entrance of the building and she escorted us to the chateau for breakfast. Breakfast in the chateau's dining room was a highlight, which emphasized the welcoming character of the proprietors. The homemade apple juice was a delicious addition to the meal. The rooms share a cozy living space with a dining area and a kitchen area to be used at your own discretion. In total we spend 4 nights at this establishment and if we ever visit the area again there is no doubt about where we will stay.
