What did I like...everything. Large room. Lots of shared space. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Clean. Parking available. The star of the show is Edith the host. Friendly, helpful, communicates throughout and really looks after you. Gives you space if you need it and is social if you need it. A great balance. Would recommend 100%.

Great ambiance, staff and a nice welcoming by the locals! Will not forget the experience! From the Netherlands and had the full English experience in 1 night and morning. Price is more than fair and well worth it if you are planning to visit Birmingham! Recommend 5 star

The property was very clean, location was perfect for Me, the lady was as helpfully as anyone could expect and l would insist anyone looking for accommodation in this area to give them a try.

Everything! Wonderful hosts who met us with an ice cream and some other welcome goodies, and were helpful throughout our stay. Their cottage is in a beautiful quiet spot on a working farm, with no road noise and relaxing views - our family loved the horses etc. and the sunsets. Was spacious for our needs with two good-sized bedrooms, and well set up for small children with a stair gate and a guard on the log burner. We leave with great memories, will be recommending to people we know and would love to come back ourselves.
