We were looking for somewhere quiet, friendly and where we could get an evening meal and a good breakfast without having to go out. We were very impressed with the facilities, the staff and the meals provided. Well done, we look forward to staying here again.

The taste of India was lovely, I enjoyed a lovely curry after my walk around Rutland water. The petrol station right next door was handy too. All in all, a pleasant stay, easy to find close to local amenities, and a fair price 👌

This hotel was brilliant for an overnight stop. I had stayed there 2 weeks earlier & wouldn;t hessitate to stay there again. Thank you Redwings Rutland!

We had a wonderful stay at the Marquess of Exeter. We were greeted with a warm welcome and enjoyed a quiet drink in the lovely bar area. The room was very clean and beautifully presented. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Overall a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend a stay at the Marquess of Exeter to anyone.

Lovely location, fantastic facilities, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and large room. Amazing value and will definitely stay again - photos don’t do the place justice… And the little touches, like fresh milk in the fridge and quality butterscotch biscuits were much appreciated 🤗🤗
