Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless and bedding was comfortable. Rooms were ready earlier than listed check-in time. Check-in and out was easy and smooth.

I liked the location, which was quiet and surrounded by trees. Breakfast was brilliant. I like the restaurant on the side, which is very handy. After a long trip, you can go straight to the restaurant , take a meal, and go back to the number.

One of the most comfy beds we ever sleep! Location is great. Hk lady( didn’t catch her name) was lovely and the receptionist and night porter.

Welcoming staff, clean comfortable modern rooms, downstairs lobby & bar etc really nice. perfect location and safe space to leave our luggage on checkout.

The staff were great - very welcoming and polite. The location is really convenient and although is it's close to the train station, it's very quiet. Lastly, the breakfast was superb.

One of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! It was a spacious room, comfy bed, a large sofa and a modern bathroom. Really close to the city centre and train station too.

The facilities were fantastic and the house was completely spotlessly clean!

Lovely little studio that's peaceful, comfortable, and quiet, so quiet. I like the fact there's a washing machine and if we were staying longer that would be handy. The bed was comfy and warm, nice pillows too, which is always a bonus. There was kitchen roll and plenty of loo roll, cleaning supplies an iron and an ironing board, always good. The shower is spacious, I love having room to move around in the shower. There was plenty of cutlery, pots and crockery and the place was super neat and tidy. The host was really accommodating, kind and informative. He communicated really well of what was required.

Lovely room with an unexpected balcony, spacious and warm. Didn’t catch her name but the check-in person was lovely and walked me all the way up to the front door

Fabulous apartment well equipped. Was a great location for orientating our daughter to the university accommodation.
